RPD Building Consultants can provide all the necessary plans, specifications and documentation to apply for the required approvals and provide the necessary information for your contractor to quote and build your new home. RPD can also act as your agent throughout the application stages.

Fees for RPD to provide the above services will be dependent upon the size of the development desired and the level of service required. RPD will provide a fixed price quotation following a preliminary site visit; this is a free quotation with no obligation. The fee’s to apply for a planning permission are £316.00 per dwelling payable by cheque or cash to the Local Authority upon submission of the application. The fee for building control approval is dependent upon the size or construction costs of the development.
